Scow Film Donations

Please fill this form out in it’s entirety and submit regardless of your preferred payment method.

The Vail Valley Art Guild, a Colorado 501(c) 3, non-profit organization, fiscally sponsors the History of the Scow film. Contributions can be made via checks payable to “VAIL VALLEY ART GUILD” and sent c/o The Woodruff Film Company (address below). A letter confirming a charitable tax deduction will be sent to the address above. Terms of this agreement:

1. If the donation is not included with this agreement, the Sponsor agrees to pay pledge amount within 15 days of receipt of invoice from the Woodruff Film Company.

2. When completed, the History of the Scow, in its credits, will acknowledge sponsorships by name and level of contribution without amounts shown:

3. When the film is completed, it will be given to the Sailors, Fleets and Yacht Clubs free of charge. The producer will market the show to television distribution through film festivals and market places with the intent to get it on PBS, broadcast television, internet and cable distribution.

4. The length of the film will depend on the total amount of pledges collected with the goal being $120,000 to produce a one-hour program.

5. This sponsorship agreement represents my complete accord with the Woodruff Film Company and the Vail Valley Art Guild. I understand and warrant that no verbal promises have been made to me.

6. Any additional questions regarding this agreement or the production of the History of the Scow film should be addressed to Producer, Woody Woodruff at THE WOODRUFF FILM COMPANY.
